Attention Breaststroker/IM'ers


Y'all have a little preseason assignment in August.

Several videos to help y'all correct wide/weak breaststroke kicks are below.

Work on the flexibility portion (SMR) at home (work both sides, of course):


Try either of the kick drills (buoy or band) during lap swim hours:



Either way, let's keep knees no wider than shoulder/hip width.  You can thank me in February...
