Banquet tomorrow at K-2.  Start time is 6:30 p.m.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Still waiting on some warm-ups, backpacks, parkas, and tech suits. Let's take care of those this week!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you cards are making the rounds.  Please write a brief note where applicable.  Let's get those taken care of ASAP!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to our junior high helpers!  We've seen tremendous improvement in just one week.  We can use all the help we can get this week, as we have three (3) practices (M, W, & F) and a meet (S).

Updates

Junior High Schedule

Practices start Wednesday, February 22nd.  Plan is to swim/dive M, W, & F from 3:30 to 4:30.

I'll have handbooks ready for a short parent meeting at 4:45 on Wednesday, the 22nd.

We appreciate any help our high schoolers can provide!  I'll try to get over to the pool during 8th period each afternoon to get some equipment ready.

We'll keep gear bags simple - boards, buoys, & fins.

We should have enough suits, caps, & goggles for everyone.

We'll issue parkas and backpacks to athletes when they attend swim/dive meets.

High School End-of-Season

Please come by during junior high practices* and clear out lockers.  We need to empty gear bags and turn in drag suits as well.  We'll put dry-land clothes in a gear bag so we can get those laundered and turned in here at the high school.

Please turn in backpacks, parkas, A3 tech suits**, and warm-ups to my classroom.  We'll get parkas & warm-ups laundered at the high school and hang them up in the equipment room in girls' athletics.

Banquet is scheduled for Tuesday, February 28 at K-2 (6:30 start).

Thank you cards are on the way.  Please be ready to write a short message to the addressee when it's your turn to sign those.

Academic All-State & All-America paperwork should be in by now.  There's no reason to wait, as the forms are available and counselors & I will help get you all the info necessary.

We may be on the March school board agenda, so plan for that - just in case.

*If those times don't work for you, check with me to see when I'll be around for the few remaining ShAC-BC workouts.

**Make sure you write your initials on the inside tag of the A3!
