Yet another reminder about important deadlines:

January 27th March 24 - Victoria Advocate Varsity Cup nominations

February 1st - THSCA Academic All-State

March 31st - NISCA Academic All-America

April 1st - TISCA Academic All-State

Please follow instructions in previous posts for Academic All-State and All-America applications.  It is best to NOT wait until those deadlines are near!

Target dates/times for junior high tryouts:
 
February 13, 14, 15, & 16 from 3:30 to 4:30.
 
Potential swimmers/divers can choose any one (1) of those dates to try out.
 
We will:
  • evaluate athletes for grouping purposes (learn-to-swim/dive through experienced competitive swimmers/divers),
  • gather contact info,
  • have athletes join JH swim sportsYou, and
  • identify JH students who are serious about attending both practices & meets.
JH coaches will help us with announcements and distributing handouts. We'll want to have everything ready to go for the week of February 6.  Thanks in advance for being ready to help out when called upon!
