Notes & Reminders

 

Thursday is cross country district championships and I have an out-of-town doctor appointment that afternoon, so neither coach will be available.  I plan to be back in time for club practice, so a 5:00-7:00 p.m. workout will be optional that day.

 

Mark says Progressive (company the City of Bay City contracts for pool maintenance) is working on the pool heater circulation pump and expects it back sometime this week.  We continue to be at the mercy of others - and the weather.  Covering the pool now would not allow us the daytime gains that offset the nighttime losses - unless we had a city crew to uncover the pool each morning...

Blue/Gold/Alumni Meet will be Saturday, October 15.  Tentative rosters are:

Our Bay City Relay Invitational is scheduled for the 22nd.

We travel to Rosenberg on the 28th (diving) & 29th (swimming) for the Lamar CISD 5A & Under Invitational.  Make sure you are taking care of business - attending practice & taking care of academics - so you can accompany us!

8th Period - Stretch, Dry-Land Set-Up, Dry-Land "B" Day, Dry-Land Take-Down

After School - Swim until 5:00 p.m., captains will work w/their teams for about a half hour

Wednesday

8th Period - Stretch, Dry-Land Set-Up, Dry-Land "A" Day, Dry-Land Take-Down

After School - Swim until 5:00 p.m., captains will work w/their teams for about a half hour

Thursday

8th Period - Meet in B228 for Pursley Pep Talk Assignments

After School - No after school practice (see note above)

Friday
