This Week (Practices) & January Championships

 

We will wrap up our Holiday Training schedule Monday & Tuesday.

 

Wednesday and Thursday, we'll be back on our after school practice schedule.

No practices Friday, as we'll be competing in Corpus Christi.

Practices

 

Mon., Jan. 3:  (dry-land/swim) 7:00-9:00 a.m. & (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*

 

Tue., Jan. 4:  (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*

 

 

*Holiday training expectations:

• If you are in town, you'll be working out.
• If you are going out of town, you'll have given me enough notice to find you alternatives.
• You'll arrive early to set up for dry-land and pull tarps.
• Divers will have checked with Mrs. Button for your schedule.
• Everyone will be prepared daily (shirts/shorts/shoes for dry-land, suits/goggles/towels for swim).
• Riders will be picked up no later than fifteen (15) minutes after workout ends.

JH - after school until 5:00 (swim/dive)
