December Training Schedule

 
We've made a slight change in our holiday schedule, as the athletic department block-out dates are now listed as 12/22-26.

Saturday's mega-mileage workout will be capped off with mega-lunch in Blessing.  Be there, or be regular quadrilateral!
 
Mon., Dec. 13:  JH (swim/dive) & HS (dry-land/swim/dive) until 5:00

Tue., Dec. 14:  HS (swim/dive) until 5:00
 
Wed., Dec. 15: JH (swim/dive) until 5:00, HS (quiet study hall in B228 1:00-2:00, dry-land/swim/dive) until 5:00
 
Thu., Dec. 16:  HS (swim/dive) until 5:00
 
Fri., Dec. 17:  (dry-land/swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*
 
Sat., Dec. 18:  (swim) 8:00-10:45 a.m.* + Hotel Blessing Lunch**
 
Mon., Dec. 20:  (dry-land/swim) 7:00-9:00 a.m. & (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*
 
Tue., Dec. 21:  (swim) 7:00-9:00 a.m. & (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*
 
Mon., Dec. 27:  (dry-land/swim) 7:00-9:00 a.m. & (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*
 
Tue., Dec. 28:  (swim) 7:00-9:00 a.m. & (swim) 3:00-5:00 p.m.*

*Holiday training expectations:
  • If you are in town, you'll be working out.
  • If you are going out of town, you'll have given me enough notice to find you alternatives.
  • You'll arrive early to set up for dry-land and pull tarps.
  • Divers will have checked with Mrs. Button for your schedule.
  • Everyone will be prepared daily (shirts/shorts/shoes for dry-land, suits/goggles/towels for swim).
  • Riders will be picked up no later than fifteen (15) minutes after workout ends.
 
**I need to get a count so I'll know if we need a van or a bus.
