Video

Thanks to Bobby for helping us with the underwater video this morning.

Take advantage of the opportunity by:

  • choosing two (2) things you saw today that need changing,
  • working on improving both each day,
  • thinking about them from the start of warm-up to the end of warm-down,
  • asking for feedback from coaches & teammates,
  • giving feedback to teammates, and
  • doing this for at least two (2) weeks.

No Breath-Holding Contests!

We talked about the dangers this morning.  While it's very important that we do some breath-control work in our sport, we're not going to have underwater breath-holding contests.  Read about the most recent tragedy here.
