Holiday Training

Tentative dates posted back on the 6th look pretty solid for holiday training:

For the one-a-days, plan to swim/dive for the two hours.

On the two-a-days, we'll start the morning session with dry-land before we swim/dive, then use the afternoon to swim/dive for the two hours.

Here are those dates/times again:

Dec. 18 (3-5)
Dec. 19 (8-10)
Dec. 21 (8-10 & 3-5)
Dec. 22 (8-10 & 3-5)
Dec. 28 (8-10 & 3-5)
Dec. 29 (8-10 & 3-5)
Dec. 30 (8-10 & 3-5)
Dec. 31 (8-10 & 3-5)
Jan. 2 (8-10)
Jan. 4 (8-10 & 3-5)
Jan. 5 (3-5)

That's right, athletes!  Eighteen (18) opportunities!!
