JH - Swim/Dive after school until 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday

No practice (Van Vleck hosting meet that afternoon)

Wednesday

HS - 8th period Dry-land (A) & Swim/Dive after school until 5:00 p.m.

JH - Swim/Dive after school until 5:00 p.m.

Thursday

HS - 8th period Dry-land (B) & Swim/Dive after school until 5:00 p.m.

Friday

Early Dismissal (HS 8th period in B228)

JH/HS Dry-land (A) & Swim/Dive 3-5:00 p.m.

Saturday

HS Swim/Dive 8-9:30 a.m.

Thanksgiving break offerings for athletes in town as follows:

Monday, the 23rd - JH/HS Dry-land* & Swim/Dive 8-10:00 a.m.

Monday, the 23rd - HS Swim/Dive 3-5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, the 24th - HS Dry-land* & Swim/Dive 8-10:00 a.m.

 

*We'll begin incorporating Vasa trainer, Vertimax, lat machine, etc.

Saturday, the 12th - JH Time Trial or possible dual/tri-meet in Bay City
