Back to Work


As we return to our holiday practice schedule, here are some important reminders:
  • Junior High will be for one (1) hour, one time per day (choose either morning or afternoon)
  • High School & Club will be for two (2) hours, usually twice per day (highly recommended)
  • First thirty (30) minutes will be dry-land (shorts, shirts, shoes required, gloves optional)
  • Arrive fifteen (15) minutes early (good habits are as easy to form as bad ones)
  • Rest intervals will be shorter than usual, as we will be increasing volume (high mileage)
  • Riders must be picked up within fifteen (15) minutes of workout end (10:15 a.m. & 5:45 p.m.)
  • Get plenty of sleep and eat right so you can get the most out of your training

Friday (27th):  8:00-10:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Saturday (28th):  8:00-10:00 a.m.
Monday (30th):  8:00-10:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday (31st):  8:00-10:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Thursday (2nd):  8:00-10:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Monday (6th):  8:00-10:00 a.m. & 3:30-5:30 p.m.
