Great Story

Got a chance to talk with Alex Weidemann at state meet last weekend.  He was a member of the first high school swim team at Mansfield HS.

He did a little club coaching with us at Mansfield Aquatic Club before taking a job to teach/coach at nearby Arlington Seguin HS.

His kids qualified for the state meet this year for the first time in school history.

Deadlines are approaching for TISCA Academic All-State & NISCA Academic All-America!

If you qualify for Academic All-State honors, the deadline to apply is April 1.  Form is here

This Week - Bring Your Hose!

To make the region re-shave more effective, make sure you bring pantyhose to practice in this week.  You'll want to cut them off at the ankles.

As we've discussed before, we will likely make some changes to our relays for the region meet.  We'll talk about those changes Monday.

Many of you have school work to catch up on.  Note that Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday we'll be in the classroom for a half hour before going to the pool.

We'll train hard for a few days, then re-taper.  Here are start dates for re-taper:
