- High pain tolerance does not just happen, it has to be worked for.
- Speed into walls equals speed out of walls.
- Fly - Breathe
- Back - Tempo
- Breast - Build
- Free - 6 beat kick and finish
- Even splitting the strokes
- Have to be willing to work on hard stroke.
- IM work in practice with double and triple pullouts to build air capacity when tired (distance off walls).
- Yardage swum in IM and transition kick sets.

Methodist will start physicals at 1:00pm during freshman girls athletics
Forms MUST BE COMPLETED in BLUE OR BLACK ink
Athletes must have a signed Methodist consent to treat form
Athletes must have signed Physical Medical history form completed.
Athletes must bring $20 cash
