Blue/Gold Results
Coach Hagg and I are trying to fill in the blanks on the Blue/Gold meet. If y'all can remember who might have swum these events/times (whether it was a junior high, high school, or alumni swimmer), please let one of us know.

Do not attempt to ride the afternoon Route #9 bus unless you have completed paperwork on file. Driver has been instructed not to allow anyone on board unless cleared with Transportation!

Nice job last Thursday by Hannah S. and Stephen E. Each survived the "Order of Events" practice, competing in each event for a total of 1,550 yards of racing.

Stay healthy (don't share water bottles, get plenty of sleep, eat right, use stretch cord for shoulder maintenance, report injuries/follow trainer instructions, etc.).

1. Issue stretch cords
2. Primary swim test set
3. Swim/dive until 5:15
Wednesday
1. Dry-land same as Monday
2. "Gadget" Day
3. Swim/dive until 5:15
Thursday
1. Wharton meet cancelled
2. Order of Events workout
3. Swim/dive until 5:15
Friday
1. Assign Lamar Invite events
2. Dry-land same as Monday
3. Swim/dive until 4:45

2. We'll shoot underwater video
3. Swim/dive until 5:00
4. Issue warm-ups, caps, backpacks for meet
5. Line up timers for meet
Tuesday
1. Wear team shirt and warm-ups to school
2. Watch video in classroom during athletics
3. Report to pool at 4:00 to set up for meet
4. Meet warm-up starts at 4:30
5. Meet vs. VVHS will start at 5:30
6. Order of events will be different*
7. Pizza w/VVHS (after meet clean-up)
Wednesday
1. Dry-land same as Monday
2. Kicking test set
3. Swim/dive until 5:15
Thursday
